Our Brivo townhome package has proven to be an excellent fit for this ambitious project. By eliminating traditional laundry area drainage pipes from the plans, we have significantly mitigated the risk of flood damage. Instead, we installed advanced flood sensors in each laundry closet, ensuring enhanced safety and peace of mind for residents.
